Clearance due LAST FRIDAY of 3rd Quarter (BEFORE Spring Break)

 

- Practice: 3:45-5:45 Everyday
- You MUST have a complete Athletic Clearance Packet on file before you begin practicing.
- You must have a 2.0 GPA on the progress report quarter 3 from 2023 in order to participate.
- Change into comfortable running clothes and running shoes right after school.
- Meet outside the North Gym.
- Bring water and a great attitude!
- Be prepared to run!
