We meet in front of the North (small) Gym and then proceed to the track. Runners need to be dressed in running gear and shoes with water and ready to go when I get to the Gym.  Runners should be hydrated and have a full bottle of water for practice.  The first week we will have 1 hour 15 minute sessions.  These will increase to 1 and a half hours to 2 hours in the following weeks.  We will have a parent meeting soon (TBD) in the North Gym to give information, answer questions and give out tentative schedules.
